Request free corrections to the original order within 30 calendar days of final delivery. There is no limit on correction rounds for an issue reported in time. New artwork, extra sizes and changed specifications are quoted separately. For embroidery problems, include a photo of your test sew-out. An issue reported within the window remains covered while we work on it, even after day 30. If we cannot provide a usable file for the agreed purpose after correction attempts, you are eligible for a full refund of the affected order. Yes. We send a stitch-out preview before final delivery so you can check the design and request corrections at that stage. The finished embroidery files are delivered by email or through your account in the formats you requested. A preview cannot replace a test sew-out on your actual fabric and machine.

We digitize for the fabric and finished size you tell us, using appropriate underlay, balanced stitch density, stitch direction, sequencing, and pull compensation to help reduce puckering on stretch knits and polos. For best results, use suitable backing and hooping, check machine tension, and test-sew on the same material before production. No digitized file can guarantee zero puckering because the machine setup and fabric also affect the result.
