Tajima Digitizer

Frequently Asked Questions

What file format do I need?+

It depends on your embroidery machine. Tajima machines typically use DST, Brother/Baby Lock use PES, Janome uses JEF, Pfaff/Husqvarna uses VP3, and Melco uses EXP. If you're not sure, tell us your machine model and we'll include the right format.

How long does digitizing take?+

Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Rush service (same-day or next-day) is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

What if the stitch-out doesn't look right?+

Every order includes a stitch-out preview before final delivery, and one free revision within 48 hours of delivery if something needs adjusting. See our Refund & Revision Policy for full details.

What artwork formats can I upload?+

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG all work. Higher-resolution or vector artwork produces the cleanest results, especially for small text or fine detail.

Do you offer bulk pricing for shops?+

Yes. We offer discounted packages for 5, 10, or 25 designs, as well as monthly plans for shops and decorators with recurring volume. Contact us for a custom quote.

Can you digitize patches or 3D puff designs?+

Yes, both are available as add-ons. Patch digitizing is custom-quoted based on size and border style; 3D puff and applique setups have a flat add-on fee.

Who owns the finished digitized file?+

You own the rights to use the finished file for your own production. See our Terms of Service for full details on usage rights.
