All FAQsEmbroidery digitizing turns artwork into machine-readable stitch instructions (such as DST or PES), including stitch types, direction, density, underlay and sewing order. We digitize by hand for the finished size and fabric you specify, rather than using one-click automatic conversion.
Standard turnaround is 4–12 hours depending on the design. Rush (+$10): Priority queue — usually delivered within 4 hours, confirmed after we review your artwork.
DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), VP3, HUS, PCS and XXX, plus AI and EPS vector files. Tell us your machine and we send the right format.
Request free corrections to the original order within 30 calendar days of final delivery. There is no limit on correction rounds for an issue reported in time. New artwork, extra sizes and changed specifications are quoted separately. For embroidery problems, include a photo of your test sew-out. An issue reported within the window remains covered while we work on it, even after day 30. If we cannot provide a usable file for the agreed purpose after correction attempts, you are eligible for a full refund of the affected order. Every service has a starting price in USD per design: embroidery services from $8 and vector tracing from $20. Larger designs add a size fee (Medium +$10, Large +$15, Extra Large +$20) and rush adds $10. Larger or more detailed designs are quoted individually, and we confirm the final price after reviewing your artwork, before work begins.
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG all work. Higher-resolution or vector artwork gives the cleanest results, especially for small text or fine detail. Include the finished embroidery size, the garment or fabric, and your machine model.
