How It Works
A straightforward process from artwork to finished stitch file.
1. Upload your artwork
Submit your logo or design through our order form. PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG are all fine. Tell us the garment type, placement, finished size, and which machine format(s) you need.
2. Get a fast quote
We review the design for stitch count and complexity and confirm a flat price plus turnaround time. Most quotes go out within a few hours during business hours.
3. Pay to start the order
Once you approve the quote, payment is collected upfront and your design enters our digitizing queue.
4. We digitize your design
A professional digitizer builds the stitch file by hand: setting stitch types, density, underlay, and trims so it sews out cleanly on your machine and fabric.
5. Review your stitch-out preview
You'll receive a rendered stitch-out preview (and photo/video for select orders) before final files are sent, so you know exactly what to expect.
6. Receive your files
Your finished file(s) are delivered by download link and email in every format you requested, ready to load onto your machine.
7. Free revisions
If something isn't right, let us know within 48 hours of delivery for a free revision. See our Refund & Revision Policy for details.
