1. Services
Tajima Digitizer provides custom embroidery digitizing services. Orders are placed through our website by submitting artwork and design details, and a quote is issued before work begins.
2. Ownership & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of your original artwork. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the digitized stitch file for your own production purposes. Digitized files may not be resold as digitizing files.
3. Payment
Payment is collected upfront once a quote is approved. Work begins after payment is confirmed.
4. Revisions

5. Liability
We are not responsible for machine-specific issues unrelated to the digitized file itself, including fabric, thread, or hooping problems.
