Embroidery digitizing for USA & worldwide customers
Custom Embroidery Digitizing Services in the USA
Embroidery digitizing is the process of turning a logo or piece of artwork into a stitch file your embroidery machine can read. A good file decides stitch direction, density, underlay and the order the machine sews each area, which is what separates a crisp, flat design from one that puckers, gaps or breaks thread.
Tajima Digitizer digitizes artwork for embroidery shops, promotional product companies, uniform suppliers and apparel brands across the USA. Every design is built by hand for the garment and fabric you tell us about, then delivered in the machine format you need. Request free corrections to the original order within 30 calendar days of final delivery. There is no limit on correction rounds for an issue reported in time. New artwork, extra sizes and changed specifications are quoted separately.

Tips for the best Embroidery Digitizing results
Send the best artwork you have
A vector file or high-resolution image gives the cleanest result, but a photo or sketch works too. We clean it up before digitizing.
Tell us the garment and size
A 3.5 inch left-chest logo on a pique polo needs a different file than the same logo at 10 inches on a fleece jacket back.
Name your machine format
Tajima machines use DST, Brother uses PES, Melco uses EXP. If you are unsure, tell us the machine brand and we will send the right one.

Embroidery Digitizing FAQs
Can you convert a JPG or PNG logo into a DST or PES embroidery file?+
Yes. We can digitize JPG or PNG artwork into machine-ready embroidery files such as DST or PES. This means creating stitch instructions, not just changing the image's file extension. Include the design size, fabric or garment, and your embroidery machine's required format so we can prepare the file for your project.
What information should I send for embroidery digitizing?+
Upload your best available logo or artwork and tell us the finished embroidery dimensions, garment or fabric type, and machine format. These details help us plan stitch types, underlay, density, and sequencing for your design.
How much does embroidery digitizing cost?+
Most standard logos start at $10. Price depends on size and stitch count: larger or more detailed designs such as jacket backs cost more. You see the price before any work starts.
How fast will I get my embroidery file?+
Standard turnaround is 4-12 hours depending on the design, with rush options when you need it sooner. An order placed at the end of a US workday is typically ready by the next morning.
Which embroidery file formats do you provide?+
DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, PCS and XXX are all included, along with AI and EPS vector files when needed. Tell us your machine and we will match it.
What if the design does not sew out correctly?+
Request free corrections to the original order within 30 calendar days of final delivery. There is no limit on correction rounds for an issue reported in time. New artwork, extra sizes and changed specifications are quoted separately. For embroidery problems, include a photo of your test sew-out. An issue reported within the window remains covered while we work on it, even after day 30. If we cannot provide a usable file for the agreed purpose after correction attempts, you are eligible for a full refund of the affected order. See our Refund & Revision Policy for coverage and how to request help.
