Free Revisions
Every order includes one free revision if the delivered file does not match the approved stitch-out preview or the details submitted with the order (garment type, placement, size, format). Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
What Isn't Covered
Changes to the original design concept, new placements or sizes not in the original order, and issues caused by fabric, thread, hooping, or machine settings are treated as new orders rather than free revisions.
Refunds
If we are unable to deliver a usable file after revision attempts, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not available once final files have been approved and downloaded.
